You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at support@omnigel.shop within 30 days of your purchase.
Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number inside the package.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@omnigel.shop with details and photos of the product. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible at no additional cost.
